About the AI in this demo
Safal CRM uses AI to help your team decide who to call, what to say and what to do next. This page explains what the AI does here, which services run it, and what happens to what you type.
What the AI does
- Tags every new enquiry hot, warm or cold, and gives the reason.
- Plans the day's calls: who to call first, why, and what to say.
- Fills blank fields, such as city or requirement, from call notes when it is sure.
- Sums up long comment threads on a lead in a few points.
- Answers questions about your sample data in plain English, and finds enquiries by meaning, not only by exact words.
Anything the AI wrote is marked AI, so you can always tell it apart from what a person entered. Most AI results you see when the demo opens were made in advance on the sample data. When you ask a question or search, the AI answers live.
Who runs it
An AI provider may keep or review the text it receives. So before any text leaves the demo for Groq or Google, we remove names, phone numbers and amounts.
What you type
Everything in the demo is invented: the companies, people, numbers and conversations. Try anything you like, but please do not type real customer names, phone numbers or other real details.
Your data
Your copy of the sample data, and anything you type into it, is deleted when you log out, after 30 minutes without activity, or after 1 day at most.
We keep a login record for 12 months in a private sheet: your Google name and email, and the details you gave when you started. We do not record what you do inside the demo. We may call or WhatsApp you about the CRM on the mobile number you gave. Tell us at any time if you want that to stop.
To delete your data sooner or withdraw your consent, use Delete my data at the bottom of any demo page (it removes this visit and any earlier visit made with the same Google account), or write to umang@safaleco.com. After a deletion we keep only your email address, your mobile number and the date, for 1 year, as proof that we deleted your data. The same address takes questions and complaints about your data.
